ULTIMATE GOAL: To have my music distributed to anyone and everyone who will

How did you get started in the music business?
Travis Smith: "I performed for a local fair 3 years in a row. My brother
and I composed three pieces for classical guitar. He was my back up as I
was the featured instrument. We won 2 out of the three performances. I was
so acknowelged as an amazing technical player that people wanted to see
if I could do it on an electric guitar. I then played lead guitar for the
band Blood Thirst Enemy. We played three shows where people were completely
blown away by my fast intricate playing. I developed a strange linear
technique that I have been using ever since. Due to personnal problems
within the band I left and pursued what I felt fulfilled me the most. I
composed 4 concertos for electric guitar and piano. Some of the most
difficult playing I had ever encountered since I began with music. I now
have mastered the entire
fretboard and am recording and playing constantly."
What do you hope to accomplish in the music business?
Travis Smith: "I hope to be heard by as many people as possible. I want to
make my small contribution to the world and be ackwoledged for my ability
and style and the person I am. I just want to be heard anywhere by anyone
who can appreciate what I do."
