Spotlight - Buzz Poets

The Buzz Poets are from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and they've got an exceptional release that's worth a listen. A top quality production and a well balanced sound will make your listening experience that much better. There's two songs on here that, if given the proper radio exposure, could become a number one single. The first being "Parasite," which is an interesting rock tune. As an added feature, if you place this disc in your CD-Rom drive, you can check out the video for this song as well. The video, of course, is top quality all the way, totally professional. I've seen it on video too, so, I know what I'm talking about.

The second song that has the power to go straight to number one is "Angel Eyes," a well written and emotional ballad that's about a friend of the band who passed away. Clearly, the band let's their emotion shine through on this song, which I'm sure will have an affect on people. It's just a great tune.

As for the rest of the album, well, what can I say, it's fabulous. It's rock 'n' roll with a twist. It's fresh, it's original and it's exciting. The Buzz Poets are just a really good band and you'd be doing yourself a favor if you picked up a copy of this release.
