Harrisburg, PA based Stephen Reso has released his first full-length solo effort, Ordinary Life. It culminated as a twelve-song disc of songs, all written by Stephen. The title track kicks off the disc and can be heard on 105.7 the X's Under the Radar. E-mail Claudine to request it. Ordinary Life is a dynamic classic rock album with clear vocals. The songs express emotions of regret, anger, love, and happiness. "Breaking Everything" has cool effects. My favorite song is the fast-paced, modern rock sounding "DEMIGOD."

Check out Stephen's label, Gig Records, to purchase the CD or visit Stephen's site to order it. Stream the song off Mp3.com or download them off Stephen's home page. To contact booking and management, e-mail Vikki Walls at vwalls@stephenreso.com.

Stephen will be performing his new material from Ordinary Life at the Millenium Music Conference on Friday, February 15th at Gullifty's at 11:00 PM. Stephen's site states this will be the release party and will be hosted by Matt Pinfield. Ad Frank, Panel, Moe Loughrin, The Luxury Stars, and Slightly Ripe will also perform that night. Stephen is also featured on the sixth annual Millenium Music Conference compilation CD.

Shannon adds:

"Ordinary Life" overflows with crisp hooks, shimmering guitars, and sweet melodicism. A vast stream of rock & pop genres flooded my head as I became immersed in the expansive, influential tracks. The intimately acoustic, "Too Close to Hide" is a personal favorite, with slight hints of Westerberg-like style. Stephen's earnest vocals and lyrics radiate with such a delicate sincerity that you know you could safely bring him home to your parents. With twelve diverse tracks that leave you unceasingly pushing the repeat button, there is no doubt the debut will be considered far from embryonic.
