Jefferson Pepper

Grantham Road - There actually is a street named Grantham Road . It’s in Mechanicsburg , PA where singer/guitarist/songwriter Flint Zeigler spent many summers listening to the music of Neil Young, Tom Petty and Blue Rodeo. Throw in some other diverse influences from Nirvana to Son Volt to Hank Williams, and you get an idea of where this band is coming from - rootsy rock from a singer/songwriter perspective, but with less twang and a bit more production. The new album, Parade , was produced by Jeff Feltenberger (x- Badlees) and is available now.
Jefferson Pepper - Jefferson Pepper has been writing heartfelt songs for over twenty years; classic, quirky, difficult-to-define, earthy, socially-conscious songs deeply rooted in the working-class America in which he developed his art. Growing up in the Bible Belt, blue collar suburbs of south-central Pennsylvania was a perfect incubator for his tunes about isolation, loss, the inevitable finality of existence, the changing socioeconomic landscape of America and other lighthearted topics.

Hierosonic - This hybrid rock outfit formed in November of 2002 and based out of Harrisburg, PA is Ben Stewart- singer/ songwriter, Jarred Cannon- guitar, Brandon Krotser- synthesizer/ backing vocal, Mike Stang- bass guitar, Mark Bohn- drums. Hierosonic’s music can be described as hard rock with electronic and ambient atmosphere. Their combination of cadence and creative lyrics is displayed in their live performances and captured on their albums with amazing precision and artistic vision. In the summer of 2003, Street Wise Promotions produced a Battle of the Bands competition that consisted of over 400 bands across the country in which Hierosonic won first place by receiving the most votes by listeners.
Phantasm - Sex appeal, musical manipulation and devilish fun with a double shot of Rock and Roll is proving to be quite the cocktail for Phantasm. Since 2002 this Western New York quartet has raised the musical bar with their Avant-Garde instrumentation, colorful vocal work, and a high energy live show.
The Masquerade - The Masquerade is a four piece project out of Harrisburg, PA. The lineup is Ducky Duke on vocals and guitar, Leo Nessinger on lead guitar, Dan Lucas on bass, and The RJ on drums. Just freshly put together in the summer of 2006 the band has combined influences ranging from hardcore, rock, emo, indie, pop, and jazz to come up with sound thats versatile and fresh and a set of songs that are real and true and document the emotions, imaginations, and events that have inspired the project. Some of the songs are years old already as Dan and Leo had been playing together prior in previous bands then adding Ducky and RJ to complete the job. "Best New Band of 2006" - Jim Lott, PA Rocks

Dan & Matt of The Underwater (ACOUSTIC) - Absolutely fantastic band from York/Harrisburg, PA. Compared to Muse, The Juliana Theory, Placebo, Cave-In, Foo Fighters, Filter, Hoobastank, Thrice. Emotional, melodic guitar rock. "THE UNDERWATER could easily become one of rock's brightest stars as "Bleed Me Blue" contains some exceptional moments." Smother.net Yup, they should be huge, massive.
The Drama Club - Now that their album's completed, former LIFER vocalist Nick Coyle and the rest of The Drama Club have been touring the region playing clubs and various one-off dates with acts like Breaking Benjamin (Hollywood), FlyLeaf (J), and Sound The Alarm (Geffen). Bravetheday - "Possessing astounding vocals, swirls of guitars and gorgeous songwriting, bravetheday painstakingly crafts their music to deliver messages that are irresistibly simple, while at the same time being unpretentiously profound." Originating out of Harrisburg, PA, and now relocated to Philadelphia, bravetheday was formed in 1998 by the songwriting team of Josh Kesler and vocalist Rebecca Miller. The current lineup of the band is rounded out by ex-Modus drummer Patrick Garrity and veteran L.A. bassist Ian Boccio. The band has extensive live performance experience, having played shows in and around Harrisburg, Philadelphia and New York, opening for larger name artists like Jonatha Brooke, Dar Williams, Grey Eye Glances and Michelle Branch, and performing live on WXPN. Songs by bravetheday are also on regular rotation on XMUnsigned and WBZC's ClassicFM
Blonde Hair Blue Eyes - With a pleasant assault of brash rock-n-roll, definitive pop structure, and murky, narrative lyrics, Blonde Hair Blue Eyes and their sexy forensic rock have been steadily digging into the arm fat of the indie rock community. The band is fronted by lead singer Val Yumm, whose voice, which comes lustily from the gut, has the remarkable ability to instantly go from innocent and unaffected to forceful and commanding. And whether or not she is at her tamest singing lines like "It sounds like Im losing my voice, it looks like Im going blind", or her most potent singing "Its the serial killers handwriting that gives it away", her sense of melody is something to which every listener can connect.
Betty's Bones - Bettys Bones is now off and running. Their mandate is to rock face and shake hips! Watch yourself! Band Members: Lauren "Betty" Marshall - Guitars/Vox/Smooth Moves; Bones (ex Bo Bim, The Underwater) - Drums/Bgr. Vox; Sir Thomas H. Cooper (ex Running From Dharma) - RiPpIn Bass lines & meltin faces. Pistola Amore

The Takeover

A Utopian Skyline - "A Utopian Skyline is freaking awesome. They’re a metal band for people who don’t like metal; a hardcore band for people who are scared of hardcore; and a prog-rock band for people who would rather drink toilet water than listen to Rush. They are proof that art, angst and amplification are not mutually exclusive concepts. ... Labeling A Utopian Skyline is kind of futile. The band skips around from math-rock rhythms to hardcore grooves to unapologetic metal riffage with such blinding speed that any label you slap on them - “prog-rock,” “emo,” “metal” - will only apply for about 30 seconds." Jeff Royer - Fly Magazine
Pistola Amore - This is about a group of friends who like to drink and write rock songs, and on occasion, they like to take the carnival to other cities and play. just sit back, open up a whiskey bottle and enjoy the soundscapes. That is Pistola Amore!
The Takeover - Hot electronic Cowalker offshoot band. Disco/emo. Real good stuff. It does have Jared ex-D'arey in it. It sounds a bit like The Killers and bands of that ilk, and they seem to dress real tidy.

Case 150 - CASE 150 is a motley ensemble of five well seasoned musicians. With musical backgrounds that have touched on everything from Classical to Jazz, Cowboy to Punk, and New Wave to Art Rock . The band has its roots firmly planted in the rock of Rock 'n Roll and it's heart & soul is filled with the pure sprit of our founding forefathers ( Jimmy Rogers, Hank Williams, Lefty Frizzel, Merle Haggard, Gram Parsons, Neil Young, est.,) You throw all that in a blender with some twanging guitars, some mandolin, banjo and a sick & twisted steel guitar. You give it a solid back beat and cover it with a few layers of vocal harmonies. My friend, you have CASE 150.

The X's

Condition K

The X's - The X's are Brett Scallions of Fuel, Chris Goercke, John Law and Mike Maenza.
This group of musicians has combined their talents to form a volatile mixture of stadium power rock and underground streetwise. The result is an electrifying sound of freedom and originality.
On lead guitar, Chris paints each song with minimal bursts or progressive lambaste, always wary of what each song requires, nothing more nothing less. His guitar prowess is matched by few.
John brings his love of opposites with both his lyrical vocals and rhythm guitar. Pop and clean, punk and dirty, never satisfied with one sentiment.
Brett lays downs bass lines that follow the melodies like an electric shadow. Famous for his lead singing prowess, Brett's back-up vocals are tasteful and smooth with an occasional burst of angry snarl.
Finally, Mike Maenza fills in the rhythm with both the fury of a caged animal and the calm and grace of its freedom.

Condition K - Central Pa's modern rock foursome, Condition K, provide a brilliant combination of contemplative lyrics, captivating vocals and unmatched musicianship. Founded in 2003, Condition K was assembled by members of some of Pennsylvania's most influential bands (Julian Fist, 3Star, Stereo Logic). The band made an immediate impact and quickly became a force in today's Mid-Atlantic rock scene. The band's main influences range from classic rock bands such as The Doors and Led Zeppelin to the modern rock sounds of bands such as Stone Temple Pilots and Fuel. Recently played for 20,000 in Philly, opening for Bon Jovi.

The Luv Gods - We started playing way back in 2003. For those of you that can't count, thats a few years ago. We're all veteran players. Some of us even know each other. We're having fun playing, entertaining you and earning every cover charge. In return you entertain us by smiling, dancing and keeping most of your body parts in your clothes. There's some things we tolerate, like telling us what to play. Then there's some things we won't tolerate, like telling us how to play it. We'll take care of that end.
