Lesser Being

From Dissension - The bands do-it-yourself attitude and bludgeoning live performance has lead to a solid fan base. You can catch the band tearing it up at clubs and bars across the state. From Dissension combines sheer brutality with hints of melody which equates to a sound that is sure to leave a lasting impression. Crushing riffs laced with dark lyrics are sure to turn heads.
Scars of Hatred - STRIPPED DOWN, IN-YOUR-FACE DEATH METAL, A POWERFUL DYNAMIC BLEND OF THRASH, OLD SCHOOL METAL, AND BRUTAL DEATH METAL WITH A LITTLE HARD-CORE TO ROUND IT OUT-THIS DESCRIBES SCARS OF HATRED.
Lesser Being - We love metal more than anything in the world, more than our jobs and pretty much anything else. This is the only thing we want to do with our lives, period. We practice like it's required for our sustenance. We pick at every detail until we're blue in the face. We talk about music all the time and spend most of our free time listening to music. In fact, we spend so much time involved with music, our girlfriends hate us now. If, on the off chance, we ever break up with our girlfriends, don't date us! You will just end up disappointed.

McCoy Brothers

Brothers Unaware - Brothers Unaware, formerly named "Part of Time", consists of four friends. Leading the vocals and playing rhythm guitar is Jon Zimmerman. While Pat Curran rifles some nasty riffs on the lead guitar, his brother Matt Curran masters the drum kit and Jason Nicholl bangs it out on the bass. Brothers Unaware combines the power and presence of Pearl Jam with the instrumental innovation of Dispatch and a touch of Coldplay. The band debuted in late June 2006 and is currently working on its first demo CD that will be available later this month.
McCoy Brothers - From Boston, they play shows with State Radio and record with Chad of Dispatch / State Radio. Politically conscious, they're playing on July 14 in NYC as part of the Madison Square Garden / Dispatch / Zimbabwe event.

Tormenting Gray

Rosematter - Believing so much in the cause of their music and in themselves, York, PA's Rosematter toured the US in Summer '06 with Mile High School. They met Lobster Records, home of Yellowcard, Mock Orange, Over It, among others, on the edge of the Pacific Ocean. It was a done deal. In Spring '07 Rosematter entered the recording studio with producer Chris Badami (Midtown, The Starting Line, Dillinger Escape Plan) to create their debut album, releasing Fall '07. Regional headline shows and national support shows are scheduled for Fall '07 and Winter '08.
Angie Stipe Band - "They been compared to a "60's influenced Halestorm" I guess because Angie sings (like Liz), she's young (currently 19) and her younger brother (like Arejay) plays guitar. Apparently he's quite a shredder (like Leo was). They do mostly originals, plus covers of Cream and Jefferson Airplane. They all went to Cedar Cliff, which I think is going to translate to solid crowds at Gullifty's, now and in the future. They might be the best new band of 2007." Jim Lott - PA Rocks
Pora!Pora! - Hailing from the slums of Brooklyn, Pora! Pora! are not the hipster hogs of war in their capitols, but the soldiers in the trenches...or the peace corps in the streets with like, starving kids. The band plays hardscrabble old-school punk with strong melody. Since the band agrees on almost nothing, the listener is subject to an endless aural pastiche; death-from-above guitar, devil bass, fallen angel vocals, and everything in between. Oh, and we are a quartet with a girl singer.
Tormenting Gray - "…With every start is an equal end and every end will start again," are one of many passionate, thought provoking lyrics surrounding the diverse music of Tormenting Gray. The elements composing the band from Carlisle, Pennsylvania are uniquely contributed from its four members. With inspiration ranging from European metal bands like Epica and Dragon Force to alternative experimental rock bands such as Incubus and 30 Seconds To Mars, it's easy to see that Tormenting Gray is a little bit of everything..."
Friday, August 17 - 80's Hair Metal
Gullifty's Downstairs
Hair Force One
Hair Force One - Forged in 80's glam metal and held together with mounds of hair spray, HAIR FORCE ONE is your time machine to the "Decade of Decadence". With more high-octane energy than C.C. DeVille on a coke binge, HAIR FORCE ONE takes you back to a world where Headbangers Ball airs 24 hours a day and Ozzy still speaks English! HAIR FORCE ONE was originally formed in Hollywood, California, but is now based out of the mean streets of Central Pennsylvania. HAIR FORCE ONE brings you the authentic sights, sounds, and smells of 80's Hair Metal. This is one rock and roll party you won't want to miss!!!

With their self-titled independent release, Bridges and a Bottle create deeply moving and uniquely captivating rock music with an edge. Real Be Easy's
Real Be Easy's - Everyone’s true personality comes out in their playing. In this way your instrument becomes your voice and exposes a truly unique point of view. Three real easy guys from the New York City area are giving the people what they want in a way that begs you to be real easy. Songs people can relate to about outlandish themes targeting their hearts, minds and funny bones, while leaving their tear ducts intact. Real Be Easys are known to Funk out and Rock out in a proper late 60’s psychedelic fashion. The goal is to offer an alternative to dance music, with the same effects. Massive swarms of people packed like sardines into large halls, all grooving, and connected to one universal sound and energy that will transcend because it’s Live. In a world where the girls want to dance, and the guys want to bop their heads and bump the bass, Real Be Easys are the providers.
