Bo Bim - An amazing new indie/rock/garage band. They site The Ramones, Dandy Warhols, Queens of the Stone Age, John Frusciante, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Sleater-Kinney, Bob Dylan, Weezer, The Beatles, Iggy Pop and the Stooges, The Pixies, Television, Tears for Fears, Refused as influences. I hear a little Mudhoney, a little Velvet Monkeys / Don Fleming vocals in one of the songs. Really great stuff. They're taking off like a rocket right now. "a band with buzz ... Bo Bim clearly has insight bordering on the visionary there." - John Train, PA Musician, March 2005. "Bo Bim plays hopscotch across a laundry list of rock influences, taking leaps and bounds that sometimes land in polished alt-rock and other times in the low-fi indie realm. The band’s debut album, Go. Get. Got., to be released this summer, boasts 15 dynamic tracks that romp about with ribald rock curiosity." - Fly Magazine
The Fallen One - With a combination of dynamic instrumentation, cathartic lyrics, and fierce live shows, The Fallen One has taken the DC music scene by storm. Influenced by a diverse array of bands such as Hum, At the Drive In, PJ Harvey, The Smashing Pumpkins, The Murder City Devils, and Failure, The Fallen One brings textured, lush guitar melodies in combination with a thick, aggressive, distorted sound, powerful vocals, and a driving rhythm section.
The Gorgonites - TWO SEXY MOTHERFUCKERS, THAT GIVE A NEW FACE TO THE WORLD OF MUSIC. WE ARE A HATE DUO, THAT ROCKS HARD, AND BLEEDS FOR THE CAUSE!! Sounds Like CAMPFIRE SING A LONGS FROM HELL!

God Bless Our Mobile Home

The Bluezers - The BlueZers, recently voted `Simply the Best Band` in the Harrisburg Magazine 2004 Readers Poll, will bring their high energy show to Gullifty's. The BlueZers are a Harrisburg, PA-based Rock band with lots of blues influences. The band serves up a blues-infused, rock and roll stew of tunes from Robert Johnson to The Rolling Stones, and from John Lee Hooker to Jimi Hendrix, with about a dozen originals thrown in the mix! Though each band member comes from diverse musical backgrounds, they all share one thing--a love of the blues and the music it inspired, both old and new, in its many forms. If you haven't been lucky enough to catch The BlueZers already, come on out--ease into a chair--sit back--and, have one bourbon, one scotch, and one beer. John Lee would have wanted it that way!
God Bless Our Mobile Home - Here’s a little rock and roll for your inner redneck! Floyd Vegas, Whitey and Buford may look like a bunch of unassuming businessmen off stage, but put them under the bright lights and look out. God Bless Our Mobile Home has a searing sound that combines country, rockabilly and rock, and an interactive stage show that keeps audiences screaming for more. Leave the kids at home in the doublewide, and get ready to throw down and experience the spectacle that is God Bless Our Mobile Home.

The Underwater - Absolutely fantastic band from York/Harrisburg, PA. Compared to Muse, The Juliana Theory, Placebo, Cave-In, Foo Fighters, Filter, Hoobastank, Thrice. Emotional, melodic guitar rock. "THE UNDERWATER could easily become one of rock's brightest stars as "Bleed Me Blue" contains some exceptional moments." Smother.net Yup, they should be huge, massive. First local show after City Sleeps tour. Last local show before Quiet Drive tour.
Jealousy Curve - Completely self-produced, recorded and mixed against all odds, LAAA’s 10 tracks are a testament to the band’s diehard, DIY attitude and is enjoying both domestic and international sales and exposure, in addition to regional FM attention, with great support from hometown stations 93.3 WMMR and 100.3 WPLY. Two of the album’s tracks, “The World is You” and “Appreciated”, were also licensed for use and included in the soundtrack to the direct to DVD Cruel Intentions 3 in May 2004 on Sony/Tristar, garnering legions of loyal fans who were instrumental in bolstering LAAA’s internet pre sale totals in the 3 months preceding its 1/25/05 release. Maintaining a rigorous live performance schedule, Jealousy Curve is fortunate to receive constant invitations for performances at the region’s best venues, having built strong relationships with both talent buyers and other regional touring bands.
Voodoo Blue - voodoo blue, about us, uh, we met around junior high (which sucked) and 8 years later we're still practicing in dan's basement. dan hates driving. there's been some other guys in the band that have come and gone, but it's always been the three of us. we're cool with our parents even though clunky failed out of 2 colleges. justin didn't even start college but he's got a really cool joe smith jersey from UMD. last summer was killer cause 98Rock put our single in regular rotation and WHFS put us on their festival- for real, we opened the big stage. no clue how that happened, though of course now WHFS just switched to Latin dance music or something so that blows. we've gotten to share the stage with everyone from Jay-Z (so badass) to New Found Glory (so amazing) to The Cure (so swoon), but even though baltimore's been way good to us, we gotta get on the road pronto tonto like those real bands. anyway, we're friendly and pretty well-domesticated so please let us stay at your house if we get to tour through your village. i guess that's it. later days.

A Utopian Skyline - formerly known as The Midnight Drive, A Utopian Skyline brings together a fully orchestrated union of alternative, progressive and independent rock. By keeping their sound commercially palatable and unique at the same time, they have set a new standard for hard progressive original rock. Been compared to Coheed and Cambria, The Mars Volta, Pink Floyd.

Martini Bros

Martini Bros - for the past eleven years Deuce Gibb, Mike Mead, Rej Troup and Chad Matson have taken us on one hell of a ride. after only three practices, they recorded their first demo with Steve Ward and proceeded to open for "LIVE" in hersheypark stadium to a crowd of 17,000 screaming fans. playing a medley of rockabilly, surf and garage music, they became the "buzz band" of '95. Two years later they suffered the tragic, accidental death of their drummer and founding member, Chad Matson, but were determined to prevail with one consistent thought: to play great rock n' roll. Since then, the martini bros have played with Reverend Horton Heat, Dick Dale, Hank Williams III, Lee Rocker of The Stray Cats, and Johnny Winter, just to name a few. they've collaborated with national recording artist, Jeffrey Gaines, and have played coast-to-coast: from new york city to los angeles, nashville to the jersey shore, roof tops to trains, and riverboats to nearly every bar in Central PA.

Mongoloidian Glow - We are "esoteric rock" Baltimore-based female (guitar/bass)/drum duo with vocal harmonies, a two piece that sounds like five, known for explosive live performances.... Dark and industrial, passionate, sonic and raw with a sense of playfulness, will take you to another place and time....
The sonic guitar sounds and alternate tunings have been compared to Sonic Youth, but vocally the band has been compared to Patti Smith, PJ Harvey and Siouxsie Sioux. The drums have their own original sound, somewhat tribal and very heavy and strong.

Darcie Miner - New CD release (Fragile). Influential Philadelphia station WXPN named Darcie one of its Artists to Watch in 2003. Darcie and her band made history by performing on MTV’s Advance Warning as the first unsigned act ever to play in prime-time on the channel. Darcie also made an appearance on the new Star Search, hosted by Arsenio Hall, where she finished second in a controversial decision. The Darcie Miner Band logged in a hectic touring schedule which saw them build a strong regional following along the Atlantic seaboard, opening for the likes of Edwin McCain, Patty Griffin, Heart, Richard Thompson, Jeffrey Gaines, Wyclef Jean, Beth Hart and Jeffrey Gaines. The delightful Darcie is a Gullifty's favorite.

Ghost in the System

Lotus Blue - Sounds Like Jimmy Eat World, Filter... sounds like no-one really, different but very cool. With ex Mad Revere and Rats from the Bay. Revere in the house.
Ghost in the System - Ghost In The System became the band it is today with the addition of Gabrielle in January, 2005. The founding members, however, had been working together strenuously and arduously for the better part of two years. This time was spent writing songs, arranging and re-writing songs, jamming, and generally honing their collective chops. The result was a sound that is at the same time tight and melodic, sometimes violent yet often ethereal.
With the inclusion of Gabby and her warm, airy vocalizations, Ghost In The System appeared on the scene as... well, as you might expect a ghost would. A couple of entertaining open mic nights later and with rallied support from friends and family, the band took to the stages at relatively larger venues, playing with such acts as Bo Bim, Brave the Day, and Lotus Blue, as well as an earned slot at the Millenium Music Conference.
