No Show Ponies

Andy Browne Trio

No Show Ponies - In a time when the term “rock & roll music” has been consolidated with the consumerist sludge that includes reality television and headline news sound bytes, No Show Ponies arrives like a blow to the head. Since the members of No Show Ponies formed in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, they have continually won over crowds and their peers alike in their pursuit to make “rock & roll music” mean something again. No Show Ponies succeeds at this goal by focusing on its strengths: writing and performing three-minute pop songs that conjure the spirit of rock’s past, while injecting a sonic and lyrical depth that speaks to the events of the day.
Andy Browne Trio - ABT has been a part of the newly emerging Philadelphian Original Music scene for just over two years, they have played to receptive and enthusiastic crowds in Toronto, New York, Kentucky, Delaware and Pa. Displaying an energetic mix of their own post-modern atmospheric rock, live comparisons have been made to Radiohead,The Who, Mars Volta,Elvis Costello, David Bowie, The Waterboys and Buster Keaton.

Condition K

Jealousy Curve

Brandon Reece Band

Condition K - Central Pa's modern rock foursome, Condition K, provide a brilliant combination of contemplative lyrics, captivating vocals and unmatched musicianship. Founded in 2003, Condition K was assembled by members of some of Pennsylvania's most influential bands (Julian Fist, 3Star, Stereo Logic). The band made an immediate impact and quickly became a force in today's Mid-Atlantic rock scene. The band's main influences range from classic rock bands such as The Doors and Led Zeppelin to the modern rock sounds of bands such as Stone Temple Pilots and Fuel. Recently played for 20,000 in Philly, opening for Bon Jovi.
Jealousy Curve - Completely self-produced, recorded and mixed against all odds, LAAA’s 10 tracks are a testament to the band’s diehard, DIY attitude and is enjoying both domestic and international sales and exposure, in addition to regional FM attention, with great support from hometown stations 93.3 WMMR and 100.3 WPLY. Two of the album’s tracks, “The World is You” and “Appreciated”, were also licensed for use and included in the soundtrack to the direct to DVD Cruel Intentions 3 in May 2004 on Sony/Tristar, garnering legions of loyal fans who were instrumental in bolstering LAAA’s internet pre sale totals in the 3 months preceding its 1/25/05 release. Maintaining a rigorous live performance schedule, Jealousy Curve is fortunate to receive constant invitations for performances at the region’s best venues, having built strong relationships with both talent buyers and other regional touring bands. Recently finished a tour with All American Rejects.
Brandon Reece Band - At the start of the New Year, Brandon picked up where he left off with writing his material. Recording here and there in between performing with Rusted Shut, he finally completed his first solo effort demo in February of 2005. Brandon Reece - Right Here Is Where It's At: The Demos was released as a free nine song promotional album.

Spinebelt

From Dissension

Adrenaphine

Ninetail

Spinebelt - Pennsylvania Loud Rockers Spinebelt formed in June 1997 with one common goal: Create pure original music on their own terms while disregarding current trends. Bill Atkinson (Bass/Vocals), Josh Warsteiner (Keyboards/Samples/Vocals), John K. (Drums/Percussion), and Butch Lloyd (Guitars/Lead Vocals) are the four musicians who make up this musical powerhouse that combines elements of metal, hard-core, goth, and punk - in addition to the non-traditional influences of classic hard rock and post-punk new wave. The band has created an entity uniquely their own from many different genres of music that has inspired and influenced them while maintaining one very important factor: Spinebelt sounds like no other band.
From Dissension - The bands do-it-yourself attitude and bludgeoning live performance has lead to a solid fan base. You can catch the band tearing it up at clubs and bars across the state. From Dissension combines sheer brutality with hints of melody which equates to a sound that is sure to leave a lasting impression. Crushing riffs laced with dark lyrics are sure to turn heads.
Adrenaphine - Adrenaphine is a Hard Rock / Hard Core / Garage Style Band from Annville PA. With styles derived from such bands as Static-X to Godsmack to Slipknot to whatever happens in the writing process, Adrenaphine has created a sound with a variety of different styles combined. Not following or sticking to particular niche or trend created the versitile formula that results in anything from ear-splitting screams and guitars to melodic harmonies and layered rythyms.
Ninetail - [Date: circa 1999] ---> Man-made machine created to produce an ordered recurrent alternation of strong and weak elements in the flow of sound. [Date: circa 2005] ---> Resurrected from former times, the architects from the initial and present-day group have joined together to produce a new level of forcefulness. Combining time-worn styles with modern elements, they have connected to manufacture mass amounts of impure energy.

Wayne Supergenius

Parallax Project

Dan Kibler - ex Handsome Uncle Johnny, El Kabong more - Dan Kibler brings the pop/rock
Peabody - Band Members Dave Aufiero, John Fritchey, Mike Passariello and Ross Sackler. First show? Expect a Polinsy vibe.
Wayne Supergenius - Wayne Supergenius writes the old fashioned kind of song. The big hook, the unforgettable melody, the crafted solo that many who have been sucked into the dreary world of the image conscious have missed. Or to quote Peter Bothum of Rockpile magazine: "With such a true-blue batch of solid rock songs, timing is irrelevant."
Parallax Project - The nucleus of Parallax Project is Michael Giblin. If you're into obscure independent pop music, then you may have heard of him, but probably not. As a bassist, he's played on a bunch of albums for a number of "should have been famous" bands and artists, including Cherry Twister, Steve Ward, and Jeffrey Gaines. Parallax Project is, however, a horse of a different color. The music itself is eclectic, yet rooted in the melodic, arrangement -driven pop that has helped make so many worthy artists nearly famous. The record's musical styles move from Who-like blasts of mod-pop, through the intricate jangle of a Byrdsian 12-string, all the way to the pastoral roots-pop of The Band. Sprinkled throughout are delicate harmonies and keen observations on lives that are colliding, expanding, and falling apart, with the unifying elements being Michael's inviting voice and his distinctive perspective as a songwriter. Quality power-pop in the vein of Cherry Twister. Parallax Project plays IPO frequently.
